Welcome to Lyric and Lace Studio  These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all purchases of our handmade jewelry and crafts, whether made online (via our website, online shops, or social platforms) or in person (at craft fairs, markets, or direct sales). By purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Orders

• All jewelry and crafts are handmade; each piece is unique and may vary slightly from product photos or display samples.

• Online orders are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock after purchase, we will notify you and provide options (replacement, store credit, or refund).

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if necessary (e.g., pricing errors, suspected fraud).

2. Pricing & Payment

• Prices are listed in Canadian currency and may vary between online and in-person sales due to fees or promotions.

• We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time without prior notice.

3. Shipping & Delivery (Online Orders)

5. Returns & Exchanges

• Due to the handmade nature of our products, returns are accepted only for defective or damaged items.

• To request a return or exchange, contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with proof of purchase and a photo of the product upon receipt.

• Custom or personalized items are final sale.

• For in-person sales, please inspect your purchase before leaving, as returns are limited.

6. Care Instructions

• Our jewelry is handcrafted and delicate. Avoid contact with water, perfumes, or harsh chemicals.

• We are not responsible for damage resulting from improper care or misuse.

7. Intellectual Property

• All product designs, images, and content are the property of Lyric and Lace Studio. Reproduction, resale, or distribution without written consent is prohibited.

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lyric and Lace Studio is not liable for any injury, allergic reaction, or damage resulting from the use or misuse of our products.

• Customers are responsible for knowing their own sensitivities to metals or materials.
